Event Registration Services partners with University Colleges and Departments and their affiliates to provide high quality, experienced registration support for:

  • conferences
  • events
  • workshops
  • non-degree credit courses


Data collection and reports

  • Safe and secure collection and storage of customer biographical and registration information using U of S ICT controlled services
  • Department staff can access registration, enrolment and revenue reports

Collection of registration payments

  • Secure processing of online payments by credit card (VISA/MC/AMEX) that is PCI DSS compliant
  • Processing of payments by U of S CFOAPAL
  • GST/PST collection and remittance to University CFOAPAL (if applicable)

Communication to registrants

  • Registrants receive a receipt, confirmation of event (date, time, location), and additional related attachments (if applicable) by email at time of registration
  • Direct email to registrants from registration system

Customer Service

  • Forms of payment include VISA/MC/AMEX, Debit and exact cash (in-person)
  • Registration and customer service for inquires by email, telephone and in-person (E1 Administration Building M-F 8:30am-4:00 pm)
  • Payments can be processed in-person, exact change is needed for cash payments
  • Processing individual registrations by phone, fax or in-person as required
  • Registrants receive a T2202A receipt (if course qualifies).  Recipts can be accessed through your account at the end of February.
